Amazing centre, excellent staff, that are both friendly and helpful. The specialists are caring and down to earth. They are amazing.
Have a letter of referral from a Doctor from Port Macquarie. Attempted to phone this practice at 3pm 9th July to make an appointment. Answering machine kept cutting me off. The day before sent by E-mail the letter of referral. So you don't answer your phone from 10am to 11am and 1pm to 2pm. So be it. What is the excuse for not answering a potential patients phone call at 3pm?
Dr Saxena is an excellent surgeon, all Allied Health and Admin staff were kind and professional.
Long term patient who has nothing but admiration for NAPHC and all Staff. Nick Collins is the Best!
The staff were absolutely lovely, making us feel welcome and well cared for.
