Chantel Molina has been the perfect case manager. The steps on the process is easy to follow. They help walk you through any of the process that you have questions on. Start with medical records, medical screening and needed appointments. They make sure they always check in and that both parties are ok and happy.
I would recommend New Care to anyone. They have beyond helpful throughout the entire process. Every agency employee has been an impactful person in the process and I am so thankful for the opportunity to help families with their help!
I have gone through two surrogacy cycles with New care and all I can say is how comfortable I was and how much they made me feel like a part of the family. It can be a scary process your first time but it was like I had a best friend with me the entire time. I highly recommend. As for the opposite end. I get pictures of the baby I was able to have for a beautiful couple all the time and she is so loved and healthy. That’s all I could ask for!
