Left UF health to come to the NewCare practice after Medicaid stopped helping with the copay, and UF started charging 100$ for each copay. This practice has actually taken an interest in my complex epileptic case and has seen me the same day I've called on more than one occasion. I have never had an issue with my medication from this practice. As well as this practice running the most comprehensive and consistent bloodwork I have had in many years. Love this provider and her staff. The office manager is amazing and very helpful.
Not impressed. Maybe if they had a good office manager it would help? I like the doctors. But nothing gets done in a timely manner.
