terrible reception, multiply times ive waited hours on the phone with no one ahead of me. the non responsive and rude. they are alway behind on prescriptions and constantly send me to north hamilton and burlington for reference work.
They are useless at answering the phone. No calls ahead of me and waiting 20 mins to speak to someone. Totally unacceptable.
This review is based soley on my experience with the Doctor. Dr Ali El Hamouly is a gem, I believe he is still accepting new patients and you would be lucky to have him as your Doctor.
Dr. Mahdi is an amazing doctor. Saved my life yesterday ❤️ thank you so much sir. Would recommend 5/5.
