My family and I have been going to this clinic for the past 10 years. They have been very helpful throughout many situations throughout my time there. The receptionist are extremely pleasant, I one hundred percent disagree with the negative comments i have seen from others. Everyone here is amazing. The proof is in the pudding. Go experience for yourself.
I’ve had some trouble finding a reliable family doctor but I think I really got lucky with Dr. Jabeen! The office and reception were lovely and they seem to be very organized, I look forward to my visits in the future here. Thank you Newcare Medical!
My husband arrived at 6:15 PM for a walk-in appointment. For context he works in Toronto and gets home by 6 pm. The clinic advertises walk-in hours until 7 PM, yet he was told that the Doctor on call was not accepting patients that came after 5 PM. He had a fever and throat pain and wanted to be seen before potentially exposing our two very young children. The receptionist was extremely rude and showed zero compassion. One of the best decisions I’ve made was switching to this clinic! All of the doctors are amazing. There is usually a long wait but it’s worth it. A long wait = good doctors who actually care. I cannot recommend this place enough.
