2-3+ hours for appointments which is unacceptable when there is work and school to return to, 3 months in between appointments which sets my child's progress back. Staff is not friendly or helpful and it has happened that they did not cancel our appointment when the staff was at their Cincy office, but rather let the families (and there were others ) show up only to be told then that it's canceled. I was given a referral... But JESUS it has been 3 months that I have trying to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and this is not good and very unprofessional. I can take my money and go somewhere else and this is sad because I heard Dr Newby is really good. I'm very disappointed.

My son is a patient here and the biggest gripe I have is not with his treatment. It is with Dr. Newby's staff. They have to be the most incompetent, unprofessional, and down-right liars I have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. If you call to speak with someone, and are lucky enough to get an actual human on the phone, they will not address your issue, give you the old, "I/someone will call you back" and you never hear back.
