Very rude staff, whispering about patients and other workers, even colleagues when they should be focused on treating patients and helping people get better. I fear there is a lack of patience and people skills and two nurses were very disrespectful in particular Marie and Jackie are their names. I will not add their last names out of privacy. I find the system to be quite slow to help & not bothered about leaving people in pain for any length of time.
Fantastic experience, Dr J Patel followed up with my request within only few hours of me sending it in, took the time to listen on the phone and then explained diagnosis and way the forward very clearly. Thank you so much
I am really disappointed by them. And I have really been let down, I needed a repeat prescription just to be told that I have been removed from the system because they tried calling me and they didn't get me, so they sent me a text message in January to remove me from the practice. That is wonderful people's health doesn't matter to them because the salary is guaranteed from your tax anyway, that is not right. They have all my details, email. Poor receptionist skills! I missed my appointment due to a receptionist telling me i have a phone call appointment, it came to the day of my appointment and no phone call was received. I rang up to check whats going on, to then find out it was put down as a face to face! So it looks like i intentionally just didnt want or care for my appointment.
