Great to work with and helpful especially Wanda & Lindsey at the main office.
This place is amazing & their representatives are reliable even when their not on site and if you need a storage unit or any spot to park your boat or Rv etc this is the place before it all gets taken up I'd hurry up and rent here and I highly recommend this as well they have alot of storage to park rvs that are larger In the back and have a nice scenic location.
Vicki and Rick run the place with friendliness and expertise. The facility is always clean and I feel my storage is well protected. Vicki will always take care of your needs and is a great resource for moving companies, etc. Highly recommend
I have been an extremely satisfied customer of Newbury Self Storage for many years and highly recommend this facility. Vicky and Rick who have managed this site since it's beginning do an amazing job of upkeep and security for my belongings. They are the reason I continue to keep my business here when there are so many other choices in the area. I have used other storage facilities over the years and Newbury Self Storage has been by far the best experience I have had in this regard.
You’d better hope that your storage company isn’t bought out by Storage King. As Newbury Self Storage this facility was awesome. Storage King is a disaster. A national company that doesn’t really care. I confirmed lN PERSON that my auto pay was transferred over. Answer: yes. Reality: my account says “autopay” with all the right account info but I’m being sent notices of default. And they changed the locks so I can’t get to my property.
