If possible, I would rate this business 1/2 a star if any at all. They were recommended by our Dentist in Thousand Oaks for a procedure my wife needed and although everything seemed to go well, they came back months later requesting a payment they had supposedly obtained approval for from my insurance. At the time of the procedure I made it a point to confirm they had obtained coverage details from my insurance carrier and they confirmed.
