New management took over and literally harassed my husband into to suicide. The property was formally owned by Hubbell reality. Stay as far away as you can. Tammy Jo (the manager) is a bold faced liar. I begged her and the rest of her staff to quit antagonizing my husband and they thought it was funny to Keep going. The maintenance man lunged in my face as if he was going to hit me. This place is just the worst. Tammy Jo falsified documents to get herself out of a lie. The entire group is just shady as they can be.

They use the residence they don't care about who lives in there apartment. corruption going on by owners like Sharon Wolfe and there manager joni Stewart who doesn't care who life they ruined. we paid 2 deposits but they won't give it back to us after we had everything clean and had severe death threats and attempted attacks which is all on there video and audio camera

I have be blessed to have lived here almost twelve years. I have the most beautiful view of the river and State Capital. Yes they do inspections on a regular basic, not to intrude on you, it is required by HUD Housing. It also keeps any bug problems to a minium. I always say to new comers stay out of the radar mind your own bussiness and you'll be fine.I live at L. Tower downtown Des Moines, Iowa.
