Lovely clinic, everyone is so kind and helpful, they even helped me sort out some insurance issues I was having so I could go into my appointment with peace of mind. Kortni at the front desk is lovely, my hygienist Serena was very sweet, and Dr. Lee was also wonderful! Dentist was very thorough with my check up. Never had someone explain everything to me at the dentist before. Glad to find a dentist in my area that accepts the Canadian dental plan!
The clinic was very clean and cozy. All information was shared clearly through the reception and by text message. Dr. Lee explained everything thoroughly and provided excellent care. I am truly satisfied with my visit.
I am so happy with this clinic. I love Dr. Lee, she is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I’ve never had a thorough oral exam done by anyone else but her. When i said thorough, I meant every single tooth was checked visually and physically. Because of this she was able to provide me options on how we can treat the issues with my teeth for the long term. She is also very kind and friendly. Her assistant is also very friendly. Mariet, the hygienist is also very knowledgeable and friendly.
