I initially requested 3 seperate estimates for flooring, vanity replacement, and toilet replacement. Quoted me $8000, which included peel and stick flooring. I asked for revised quote for the 3 things seperately, and the company ghosted me. I followed up, got no response, and then left a review. After the review, the company reached back out and said they needed to come back for another estimate. I sent my availability and they ghosted again. I emailed and called twice with no response.
I gave them a deposit 5 weeks ago. Three days later ai decided they were too expensive and asked for my deposit back. I did not sign a contract. They have said they would mail the deposit then said they would bring it by but I've received no money. This is a scam business.
Needed a small master bath remodeled to be handicap accessible. Josh and his company were easy to work with and allowed us to remodel as we needed for special accommodations. Contract was straight forward. No surprises. After a few months, we love our new bath. Exactly what we needed!
