I have never had so many issues with customer service.
Some people at this location are so rude and mean, and honestly, it feels like they don’t have any clue how to communicate with people. Staff are getting paid to do their job, not for turning their heads away or making families feel like they are being ignored. A health center should be a place where respect and professionalism come first, and that’s an area that really needs improvement here.
