Management is real bad!! Management company is run by NIA but the sponsors call the shots!!! In my experience, Water is turned off on a regular basis with no notification. Sponsors tell staff to state it is an emergency! Bug issues are a constant at Newbrook Don’t move here if you can help it!!!
