My daughter is 13 years old and Shauna was recently recommended to us by my husband and I’s counselor. We LOVE it there! A nice facility, Shauna is kind and supportive and personable! She’s easy to get in touch with and has effectively communicated with me since day one about getting my daughter in to see her! My daughter really likes her! Seriously couldn’t recommend her enough!
Unfortunately, I was never able to attend a session at Newbridge. I first called to set up an appointment in August but I had to cancel due to some family and schedule changes. Now since January I have called three different times to reschedule that appointment. Each time they say someone will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours, but have not had a return call from them at all.
