I have been with this surgery for 3 years, and it is by far the best surgery I have been to in Bath. I have found all the doctors and staff helpful and supportive with various health conditions, and have always been able to get an appointment or speak to a doctor when necessary, and have always found the reception staff helpful. The surgery itself is bright and airy (and never crowded!) and in a convenient location. It is also helpful having the pharmacy next door
After an insect bite turned nasty, I emailed them at 3.30 p.m., was telephoned at 4.15 and given an appointment at 5.30 that day. Exceptional service, and very pleasant, competent staff. Much better than my previous Bath practice in all respects!
Love that this is an all female doctor surgery. Very convenient. Next to bus stops and lots of parking on the road.
