The doctor herself requires a doctor, she fixes appointment and then ghosts on patients and does not respond to call or email. Not sure why she will take appointment and give words if she always speak with her bottom lips. I would give a negative star to this.
Both locations do not answer their phones. It will also be days before you get a call back. I took off work to come to the appointment that was made for my daughter and the door was locked no one was responding. I called both locations and was sent to voicemail. There times are not accurate to when they are actually open. I am pissed off I drove 45 minutes from my job just for no one to answer or call to cancel this appointment that was made. There was no confirmation or anything. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional
Nice place with understanding employees. I've never had a problem here. They make me feel comfortable to come here. Kind, awesome people! Dr. Paul is great!!
