They never answer the phone even for simple appointments, then they send you to an operator after waiting for 15 mins , just for them to put you on hold as well ,
We had a mixed experience here where not all of their recommendations are evidence based especially around how much to feed your newborn. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your care.

When this was the Breastfeeding Center of Charleston, this was one of the best resources for mothers and newborns in the Charleston area. Now only patients of Coastal will be seen unless you transfer your child as a patient. Mothers are no longer seen as patients. Really disappointed to see these changes and could have used help with my third child, who is being seen by our long term provider.
