Called about a tire, waited on the phone for 30 minutes and nobody ever answered because they didn’t know what kind of tire it was…….
We were referred to them to do an inspection. Need a part put on for it to pass. Husband showed up to pick it up. Even though we have an older farm truck and it was a bit wore out. they got grease everywhere inside on both sides. I took photos.
Way better then Sawyer!!! Go check out my review of Sawyer. Walked in told the guy what I needed and they did it. Almost like they actually listen to the customer then gives the customer exactly what they asked for. This type of service is becoming rare these day's.
Not even 14 hours later the tire I had replaced is flat. The worker use a torc wrench on my lug nuts and now i can not break them free. Now i am stuck because of the negligence of this business. It took them over an hour to get to my vehicle because he needed to smoke his cigs. Unbelievable Esit** The owners refunded my losses and made right their employees wrong.
Cherokee was the young man that helped me, he is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend him if you need tires.
