Fantastic experience! We were from out of town on our honeymoon and experienced vehicle trouble - they couldn't have been nicer. Took us to a restaurant so we could have breakfast while we waited. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the 1st phone call - Highly recommend!
Prices are high, but that's normal for a dealership mechanic's work. I had to call the dealership where I had bought my car to find out if the AWD was covered by the warranty, because the Newberry employee was incompetent. That would be my complaint against them, I mean, I should not have to do their work.
