First time going to Newberry Motors and they have an awesome team in the service department and the parts department. I havent had any experience with the sales department but I will be back for sure! Super fast and knowledgeable and excellent communication with calling and scheduling the repair. Thank you!

Newberry Motors was excellent to work with. My family and I were on a UP vacation and the starter went out on my truck. I had it towed there and they jumped on it ASAP and had me and my family back on the road in about two hours. Todd in the service department was both professional and empathetic to our situation. Could not recommend this shop enough!
Oil change was quick and tire rotation ! People in service were nice ! Sales department was lacking motivation or they pre-judged me on the ability of buying a car or truck . What a shame I was seriously considering purchasing from them . But I think I'll purchase from a company that acts like they want my business ! The ONLY reason why I gave 2 stars I'd because of staff in back we're really nice
