Prices are high, but that's normal for a dealership mechanic's work. I had to call the dealership where I had bought my car to find out if the AWD was covered by the warranty, because the Newberry employee was incompetent. That would be my complaint against them, I mean, I should not have to do their work.
We were in the area snowmobiling when we had a transmission issue come up putting our new chevy Silverado 3500 in limp mode. Being 7 hours from home we were calling any dealership in the area for help. Luckily the guys in the shop, late on a Friday afternoon, got us in and did some code/computer work and we were able to get the truck back home for repairs and use it over the weekend. Thank you guys for your help and saving our trip.
