Casey Purcell, the nurse practitioner here, is great. She’s knowledgeable, she listens, and she cares about the patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure the patient gets the best care and that treatment is thorough and problems are addressed. She is a top-notch provider, and that’s why this medical center gets 5 stars. There is nobody better than PA Casey and her sidekick Tracy. She really listens to me. I give my input and we work on a strategy to make me better. So far so good. There are not enough words to say thank you for all that she has done for me.
After being ignored by my previous Doctors office, and Urgent care always packed, this was a super refreshing experience! Everyone was cordial and nice. They actively listened to my issues and didn’t just assume and write anything off. Very happy with my visit!
This Medical Center in Newberry was the best experience I've ever had seeing a doctor. She was very understanding and caring and really listening to what you had to say i will never go back to Lexington again.
