How can a company with only one job fail to do that job keep the power on it seems that every other day there is a nother outage
Poor customer service
Newberry Electric has had incredible communication through the recovery of Hurricane Helene. Worked around the clock to get customer’s power as quickly as possible.
Straight garbage. They have stolen secerity money, cut down trees in my yard that have been growing for 20 years. And their pay app doesn't work conveniently so they can charge late fees. Only problem is there is no where else to get power. So it's a monopoly.
Rates are okay. But seem to lose power at higher rate than my last Cooperative I belonged to. Plus power has been out more in 4 years here than my last place in PA I lived for 15 years. And we had wind, snow ice , rain, tornados etc. In Pennsylvania. Plus what's up with that expensive headquarters.
