We just moved from Lancaster to York and are looking for a new vet. I had the first appt of the day (9am), showed up on time, and was taken right back to an exam room. The vet tech didn't come into the room until 9:20am, and the veterinarian didn't come in until 9:30am. Immediately, Dr. Neubaum proceeded to insult my intelligence repeatedly.
