Don’t trust this company. Bought a car outright almost 4 months ago now and have not received my title or license plates/tags. Called the DMV, they have no transaction records. Talked to my sales rep twice before the trip permit was up and was told it was normal for the license plates to take up to three months. I stopped by the Newberg Jeep dealership this morning because I need a new battery for my fob. Agent, Mickael Jeffers, couldn’t have been more helpful. He recommended I just buy the appropriate battery at a local variety store and if I returned with it, he would change the battery for me. I did and he did. A really great impression was made and I hope to return when I’m ready to buy a new/used Jeep. So far, I’ve been pretty happy with my experiences here, have been a customer for about 8 years.
Had a great experience with Mickael and helping me get my 2023 1500 Blue Ram Rebel. Was a great experience and wasn't moved around from person to person. Worked hard to get what I wanted and couldnt be happier with my purchase.. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience. Nathan made it fast and super easy and was very polite I would recommend newberg dodge to all friends and family me and my brother have got 3 vehicles there. My review was a 5 star just changed to a 1 star as they refuse to repair a warranty item due to new ownership last time buying a vehicle in this place.
Called the parts department for a simple/inexpensive part. Cami was friendly and quick in looking it up. When it wasn't in stock she found the closest dealership that had it and gave me the info. When that didn't work out I called her back and she ordered it for me, had it in the next day and called me. Cami was super kind at the counter for pickup even while I answered my cell phone as she was helping me. Showed me the part to make sure it wad correct and rang me up.
