Windshield wipers froze due to nasty weather. Service department cleaned out the accumulated ice and put me back on the road - thanks for the free help!
Brought my vehicle in to Newberg Ford for a routine Service. Nolan was my service advisor, he was quick to call me as soon as it was done and was honest with me about what the car actually needed done now and what it will likely need on the next service. They delivered the vehicle back to me for no extra charge. I work all the way on the east side of Portland so this was a huge help and made it so I didn’t have to leave work early. Kyle from the service department was so incredibly helpful when it came to my car having issues starting with the key fob. He took time out of his break to check out my car in person and drove to meet me. As a girl who doesn’t know much about cars, I was very nervous that I was going to get set up poorly, but these guys were so helpful and respectful!
