Confirmed before renting with them that if I rent a 12x40 outdoor unit I can park multiple vehicles as long as they’re in my space (really shouldn’t have to confirm this as I’m renting the space that is 12x40…) Nowhere in rental agreement does it state only 1 vehicle. Upon renting from them, you will pay a one time setup fee per unit. Have been using Newaygo Self Storage in Michigan for almost 3years and are vary pleased with it if you need a unit vary easy to work with thank you for reading take care and be safe.
I rented a 10x40 unit for the summer and fall. The whole facility was very clean and well organized with great water drainage. The gate and cameras were reassuring. Overall, I would highly recommend Newaygo Self Storage.
