They were prompt and very professional! I couldn’t be more pleased with the job that they did!!
I left this review after Kaitlyn hung up on me abruptly, which felt rude and unprofessional. She later called back asking if I was the one who posted the review. I thought she was calling to apologize and was even considering removing it. Instead, she talked over me, cut me off, and hung up again, confirming my original experience. To be fair, Chris was polite and professional. Unfortunately, Kaitlyn’s behavior overshadowed that and reflects poorly on the business overall.
I just want to say how awesome this company is! They had fantastic friendly service. My parents only wanted a shower for Christmas and they made it happen! Thank you so much! Definitely will use again!
Immediate response, professional all the way from office calls to site visit. Definitely a 5 star company. Their quick turnaround helped prevent a bigger issue when our water pipe began to crack. Amazing folks.
