You definitely lost a customer. We are still awaiting for the estimate for a three zone mini split system and a water heater replacement.. Charging us $175 to come out to tell us that you Cannot get parts for a 23-year-old water heater in which I gave you the model number serial number and the date of the 23 year old water heater to your scheduler/receptionist prior to the service call, whom stated that most likely have the parts on their shop truck.
