Neway Pools is not a company that I would recommend for any assistance with your pool. The did a renovation to our pool and to this day our pool is still leaking. Now they are stating that we have a structural problem. We paid additional money $$$ to have all needed repairs done. They would not even reimburse us for leak detection fee that stated that there was a leak in our pool. We recently installed a new pool. Our project manager, Parker, was fantastic, but everything else about this process was terrible. It took forever for scheduling of the different stages and the final stage of tile and plaster was rushed and not done well. Then we started up the pool and some of the equipment is not working correctly. The salt cell is reading very low and has been confirmed by Hayward and Neway to be faulty, but I am stuck in a replay loop between Neway and Hayward and no one seems to know how to get it... read more

The pool went smoothly. Workmanship was top-notch good communication on point and Clayton and  Claudia was awesome
