My wife and I had recently purchased a new house and need help with the internet, TVs and computer hookup. Newave was suggested by the builder as they originally ran the hard wire to each room. I had reservations about dealing with such a small company. If something goes wrong it is hard to get it resolved and also wondered if they will be around in a year or two. They did a wonderful job installing, setting up, and showing me how all the features of our theater worked. The only reason I am giving a 3 star is that now I cannot for whatever reason seem to get ahold of them. Emails are unreturned, calls go straight to voicemail and messages don’t get answered. I’m not sure if he went out of business or what. Would be nice to be able to get ahold of him for some of the minor tweaks we need done to our system.
