Dr Fay has been my animals vet for 13 + years. She has always treated my animals like they were her own. She has cried with me laughed with me and even helped me with vet care when I could barely afford it. There is no better person to be in charge of the care of your pets. She always does everything in her power to help.
They keep a bunch of animals in the back — the veterinarian’s own personal pets — that just sit in kennels all day, every day. When they draw blood from animals, they stick the needle in and then move it around under the skin trying to find the vein. I saw it firsthand. They even leave uncapped needles lying on the floor. The back area is filthy, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. These people are not compassionate toward animals — they only care about money.
Truly a blessing to have Dr. Fay and her team in this community. Dr. Fay went above and beyond to help my dog Cooper. She is absolutely the most intelligent and compassionate veterinarian around.
Everyone here is super polite and helpful. Very caring with my animals and informative when i ask questions. I appreciate the whole staff. I will keep bringing my pets amd always highly recommend.
