Please someone explain to me wtf irony brass is. It’s bullshit that’s what it is, they used to pay you For BRASS. It’s there way of screwing me out Of $100. I used to love this location, never again. I guess the customer is paying for there new fancy computer system. What a joke.
Don’t waste your time going here or if you do make sure you watch them weigh everything was in Hurry and that was a mistake, Several items I brought in weren’t even on my receipt, And the receipts make no sense nothing is clear on what you got paid for on each item, Go to the place in Newport better price is better people than a detailed receipt all the different metals you brought in
Pros...Fast and helpful service.Cons.. I called 2 hours before i went to the scrapyard and asked what price I would get for insulated copper and I was told \$0.95 cents per pound. When I got there they took the copper then only paid \$0.90 per pound. Then I heard they do this to people all the time. Go to Diamond State Recycling in Wilmington, DE. You will get at least \$0.10 more per pound for insulated copper and at least \$0.20 more per pound for bare copper!

This place is great. Very helpful when you get there. They did everything for my mom and me when we brought stuff. Very CLEAN and friendly. HIGHEST price For cans anywhere.
