Cant say enough positive things about everyone I was in contact with here today!! I got lost, receptionist went out of her way to go outside and 'wave me in'..hygienist also amazing. Listened sympathetically to my concerns (and rant) about my DDS. Dr. David also listened; examination was quick, thorough and confirmed what I'd guessed about my primary DDS prognosis (not nearly as bleak as she described). I went today to get a lump removed. While everyone is friendly and they did a good job to send off for a biopsy it was $701 dollars. I was appalled. I have great dental insurance and medical insurance and neither were used to cover collecting it for biopsy. I was told prior which is good but now what do I say no dont send this suspicious lump for biopsy and pray or pay the $ and not have funds to breathe for 3 months because they dont do payment plans! Everyone was professional and I have severe anxiety of the dentist.
