Had an amazing experience at my appt today. Open MRI's ROCK! Especially for those of us that tend to lean toward claustrophobia. EEK! Everyone was warm & pleasant. Faisal, the Technician, was especially comforting. He made sure i was A OK the whole step of the way. I had 3 images I needed to get, all of which meant I needed to be in there for more than a hour (almost 2). But a big piece of that was Faisal making sure I was comfortable. Great service from Jamie and Faisal they were very polite and helpful. Faisal got me to take my mri in a machine even though I’m claustrophobic. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning to ending of the scan.
Highly recommened Amazing customer service. My husband was very anxious before mri but Faisal made him feel so comfortable throughout the whole process.couldn’t be any more grateful.
