I've had a great experience getting an MRI done here. Jamie was the absolute best in getting everything coordinated, and helping resolve issues with insurance. Peter the tech made the experience very comfortable and the whole thing was super swift.
I wonder if these reviews are fake because based on my experience I have had a not so pleasant one. I went for an MRI around April and the technician was thorough and letting me know how long the procedure was gonna take and gave me a CD after the MRI was preformed. I got a neck fusion and my doctor ordered an x-ray so I went ahead and came back to Newark Imaging Center and this time my experience wasn't like my first, Jackie is not so pleasant at all, she is rude and always seems to have an attitude when she speaks. I needed to have 2 mri's. I called Adavanced Imaging Center because I work 3 minutes from them and they have an open MRI machine. Jackie scheduled my appointments (you can only have 1 MRI per day, insurance rules not theirs) Jackie was able to schedule me for both at times that were really convenient for me. She was so helpful. I liked that you're sent a text with detailed instructions on what to wear, where to park once you get there and a link with directions.
