After diagnosing the broken washer's issue, they did not give me a quote or receive my authorization before proceeding with the repair. For 1 hour, 2-person job, the invoice charged me $163 for Labor and an additional $162 under the parts itemization, even though no parts were replaced or added. They also left behind a mess. I will not be using this company again.
