I had the worst experience ever with NP Olubukola Ogunnowo. When I asked if I could get my results earlier due to an urgent situation, she made a racist comment about the country I was born in and was extremely rude all because of a simple question. I strongly advise against choosing her as your doctor. Apply for health care that actually cares about you instead. a month ago I came to see the doctor and I was having trouble with my appointment and a very nice young women leilani helped me out that day , very great service , thanks to her I was able to see my doctor ..
I did my appointment 3 weeks ago and now I waiting here. I scheduled for 9 am and nobody is here. It almost 9:30 and have to back work and they don’t care about health for the patients either this center and doctor. I tried before this center but I waste my time one more time!
Came in at 4:30p to the East Orange branch on Williams . Young man at the front desk checked my ID and insurance and asked me to sit down I will be called soon. Was not called till 6 pm. Only reason I did not ask because I expected to be called anytime . And why would I be the one to keep asking . Anyway at 6 pm when I asked they told me I was not in the system yet. Whaat ?
