I've waited more than an hour for a flu shot!
Mi cita era las 10:00 , llegue a las 9:30 son las 12:30 pm y nadie me atiende las enfermeras con actitud , las recepcionistas ni hablar, donde esta la persona encargada, llegando aca me dicen que la doctora Cindy no trabaja mas aqui , pesimo , servicio, si hay Álguien a cargo por favor ayude al personal... no den citas si no hay doctores
Terrible service, people have no work attitude. This is from the concierge, I went there to get my son's insurance and they told me they didn't do it. Strange that a friend did it the day before. I asked someone to explain Portuguese or Spanish to me and they told me they didn't understand me.
