Very disappointing and frustrating experience. The office is frequently closed without any clear reason, and the working hours are not accurate at all. On multiple occasions, they closed early — once as early as 12 PM on a Monday, despite official hours stating otherwise. I have personally visited this office three times, each time hoping to complete my work, and every visit has been a waste of time. i haven't even gone there yet, and by the tone of their voice, feels like it will be "an awesome experience"! If corporate employees provided the same client service as gov employees did, one one would have a job! Keep it up...
