I’m sorry I didn’t take note of the fine young gentleman that I had the pleasure of dealing with in obtaining my birth certificate. They will close earlier than 4 pm. So don't show up after 3:30 basically, chances that they see you after that are low.
They are absolutely horrible. This review will be of no use because they are government office. Daughters mother recently passed and trying to get a Death certificate for them. They refused my daughters birth certificate because for whatever reason the mother is listed with her maiden name on the certificate but we were married at the time of birth. I have tried calling and got no answer I live in Florida now and it's so hard to get my birth certificate.plus these people won't answer the dam phone.its been almost 2 month and I still haven't gotten my birth certificate.and I keep on trying to get in touch with them it's a shame I play for it online and nothing
