Some of the greatest service I've gotten. Took great care of my father.
The Lady Lake location has some excellent staff; but, they have one lady at the front counter that can be as rude as rude can be. Suppose to run through a $20.00 credit for an overpayment - did not give my husband any confirmation and it has not happened.
This company has gone above and beyond to make sure I have the products I need from the time I moved to FL 3 years ago. This year we had to change insurance and because of a HMO Advantage, like many companies, doesn't work with the most reputable companies. I have used cpaps for years —using a company that is an absolute nightmare! A friend told me about the wonderful company she uses called NewAir. I don’t have enough words to describe the fantastic service I have received. Sue and Tim did a phenomenal job making the whole process so easy. I am recommending them to anyone who will listen.
