My experience with newair was exceptional. The staff to the manager went beyond explaining my new machine and made sure I had the right mask. My previous experience with another company in Stuart Florida was horrendous. I highly recommend newair

Nothing but problems with this company. Always given a different answer have to call and babysit to actually get my supplies ordered and sent out. When I call nothing but excuses. Won’t recommend and I am switching to some other company. They sure like to send the bills and charge my insurance but not hold up to actually sending out supplies when I should be having it and changing it out per Doctor’s orders. Technician canceled on me and put me back 2 weeks from getting a replacement mask. Took over a 6 weeks to actually get... read more
Some of the greatest service I've gotten. Took great care of my father.
The Lady Lake location has some excellent staff; but, they have one lady at the front counter that can be as rude as rude can be. Suppose to run through a $20.00 credit for an overpayment - did not give my husband any confirmation and it has not happened.
