We bought our own split system A/C unit and New Age did the install. Jacob and Cooper who did the installation were both extremely lovely guys to deal with - and they have done a fabulous job, despite getting soaked by a thunderstorm! In fact the entire team was great. That includes Lisa, who was so friendly and efficient in making the booking, and Barry who did the quote. The whole experience has been 6 stars out of 5. Dave :)

A great team of people Cooper and Jakob were on time did the job in a timely manner. Nothing was a problem.it looks great and work great as well. Cleaned up, took the old unit. Would hesitate to recommend this company Great job thanks

Couldn’t work out what the smell and rattling was for years and years, worked out they never sealed the hole in the wall so this has become a rat and cockroach superhighway all inside the wall and though the internal duct that leads to the air conditioner. There is also no isolator on the outdoor unit.
