Marcus D'Cuntha was professional, personable and provided clear and practical guidance throughout the sale process of my fathers' property. It was a stressful process at times and Marcus' support in navigating the different stages, providing practical referrals for services to clear the property, gardening etc, minimised the stress which I'm grateful for.
Decided to list our property with the agency. John appeared to be a nice person. Our circumstances was very fluid and wasn't in a position to borrow more for marketing expenses so after agreeing initially we decided to back out. The key reason was his super enthusiasm to prove that our 290sqm house may not be actually 290sqm but 240sqm or 260sqm as published in various sites.
