Personally, I found the staff to be quite professional, helpful and knowledgeable. In my opinion the pearls here are very beautiful and there is a pretty good range. The staff were accommodating of custom needs that I had and willing to discuss different options that I was considering.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS- They scam people. I bought a set of earrings and necklace made out gold with south sea pearl for $1000 it turned out to be fake gold chain that broke within 2 weeks with pearl came off the stud earring in a month.Peeps dont go by the reviews with pictures its probably their own fake reviews .
