As a massage therapist who works in the spa industry, I’ve been following this business for a few years and I can honestly say that this place has come a long way! Aside from relocating to a beautiful suite in the Clay Medical Center, Heather (the owner) and her new spa coordinator/esthetician, Chelsey, worked diligently to make many improvements to the business. Massage therapists and facialist were individually great (the best ones left tho) however, the ownership is poor. Prices increased but therapists did not get an increase in money and I won't be returning to support that type of practice. I had a monthly membership and when the company moved I was told they expired...what would them moving have to do with something I paid for was told doesn't expire for a year? Very selfish practices and I don't support that. I do not recommend unfortunately.
I love the atmosphere in this office! Everything is so nice and clean and pretty! I had a concern from a recent visit, and heather spoke to me right away and was very professional and understanding and Went above and beyond the matter and that made me feel very happy and heard and cared for. She was fantastic! Chelsey Has done my facials and I recommend her! She does a great job and has an awesome personality! Thank you heather and Chelsey! Can’t wait to come back!
