She always makes me feel extremely comfortable and cared for.The owner is warm and caring. The front desk person is helpful and friendly. The office space itself is beautiful. I got a Brazilian and full leg treatment at New You Skin & Body Spa, and Vicki was amazing! She kept adjusting the settings and checking in to make sure everything was both effective and as comfortable as possible. In a situation where you’d expect to feel at least a little awkward—having a stranger that up close and personal—Vicki made me feel completely at ease. She’s professional, kind, and made the whole experience surprisingly easy. Highly recommend her if you’re nervous or new to this!
