Ryan was excellent. Definitely a go-to for a great men's haircut in the East Bay.
Did gel removal + gel application and it was quick with a great result! Will definitely be back here!
Disappointing experience at New You Salon. Charged $80 for $60 service, citing "excessive hair" without justification since my hair has been the same ever since I started coming to this salon. Inconsistent pricing and lack of transparency. Not recommended.
Went for the first time today and will be going back! Ryan was very meticulous with every step of the process, from the shampoo and the cut to the blowdry. I've always had a simple trim so wasn't expecting much but Ryan was by far the most detailed hairstylist I've come across so far in Berkeley/Albany with more reasonable pricings than other places given the service. I also liked the bright, clean atmosphere of the salon and it was quiet and calm.
