My elderly mom was a hairdresser and it is so hard to find someone who can do her hair the way she wants and it's scary for her to get a perm after many disappointing perms she had in the past that fried her hair. We made an appointment with Taylor at New You and it was a great experience for my mom. Taylor did an excellent job and mom has gotten so many compliments every where she goes. I honestly didn’t want to leave a review because I had gone to Nikki multiple times before and liked my previous appointments. That’s why this situation has been disappointing for me. I got my hair done on May 1st, and shortly after I started noticing my blonde turning very warm/yellow, uneven, and patchy. There were darker spots throughout my hair, different tones in different areas, and certain parts even looked reddish in some lighting. This place is absolutely amazing!! It’s lovely, peaceful and the girls are so sweet. They were not kidding when they said “new you”, whoever said 10/10 was an understatement is SOOOO right.
Taylor is amazing! Everyone was super friendly!
