I regret going here so badly. Gave me ptosis in my eyebrow and eyelid It’s horrible !!!! That’s what I get for going on Groupon to try and get a deal.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I had an appointment, and despite driving into Houston, they failed to honor the appt. I received no text or email notifying me of a cancellation, only a voicemail left just 30 minutes prior while I was already on the road, thereforeobviously wasn't aware bc I'm focused on driving. Ironically, their policy charges customers $160 for not giving 24-hour notice, yet they offer zero compensation for wasting my time, gas, and mileage. Alyssa was phenomenal! Gentle and professional Mom and I had a ball at our very own Botox party!
I had an amazing experience getting Botox with Elissa! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on everything she was doing and why, which made me feel really comfortable and confident. On top of that, she was fun, friendly, and very professional throughout the entire appointment. The whole experience was great, and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend Elissa if you’re considering Botox—she’s fantastic!
