Definitely not the experience I was looking for. Went in January for a Botox injections. One of the “trainees” doing the injections struggled 4 times to inject, yet Adam still did not intervene. The next day my eye was closed. I called, the receptionist said they would return my call, never did. I called the next day same thing. Finally Adam returned my call and said he would send over a prescription and that it has never happened before, from some recent reviews it seems it has. Very bad customer service! Lots of turnover. Was promised a price next time I came and when I called to make my appointment I was told that they couldn’t honor that and that the injector as well as his wife who worked at the place and checked me out as well as promised me the same price next time, are no longer there. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful when I booked my appointment. The contracts you sign and paperwork needed are all detailed and thorough with side effects/ what to expect from them as well as what to expect from whichever treatment you receive. The check in process was seamless, I only provided my name and was directed to the waiting area where I waited no more than 5 minutes before Andrew came out.
