Been coming here for years. Adam is very knowledgeable and has always been so helpful. More recently met his wife who also works there and she is super sweet. I've always had a positive experience with them both :)
Let me correct you since I couldn’t reply to you. And you want to once again be rude about it. It was under laura. I called Tuesday to reschedule my appointment from Thursday to Friday. I was told yes at 10 am. So I did I show up with my mother no one there. VERY unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon for three sessions of laser tattoo removal up to 1 square inch for this location, and my first session was on 01/20/2026. I had an overall good experience the first time, and all of my questions/concerns were answered. I was also in and out. First time coming to New You MedSpa and it was such an amazing experience. The parking is spacious and easy. The suite is easy to find after getting off the elevators. Staff is extremely friendly and informative. Procedure is carried out painless and fast. I’m so glad I came across this location.
