I have seen these doctors for a long time and my complain is about their receptionist’s professionalism. I encountered 2 issues so far that made me move on. First, they have never forward my pap smear results to Northwestern where I got my baby. Secondly, I needed a form to be filled out for my employment that states that I am physically able to work in a school setting, so I am not blind or have any other physical (walking) issues.
