I have only been on this NEW YOU journey for less than a week and I believe in this. From watching some friends go through there journey I new it was something that I wanted to try for myself. I am tired of being exhausted, living through my cravings, and not being able maintain my weight. The staff has been wonderful and helpful as well as motivating and encouraging! Since the age of 14 I have struggled every day with weight loss and weight gain and I was close to giving up. Until I found this AMAZING program. Tomorrow will be session 12 and I am down 11 inches and almost 8 pounds but most of all I have so much more energy. And I do have to say that every staff member had gone out of their way to help in any way they can and always make me feel like I am top priority. Definitely looking forward to see what happens in the near future
